What it does

Push-to-talk Hold any global hotkey, speak from any app — email, code editor, browser, terminal. Final text inserts when you release, with optional live streaming for partial words while recording. stable in 1.0
Voice punctuation Say period, comma, new line, or new paragraph and Flowy inserts the matching punctuation or line break.
Native recognition Apple SFSpeechRecognizer — built into macOS. No warm-up time, no model files. on-device only

getting started

Download

Click the download button. A .dmg disk image opens. Drag Flowy into your Applications folder.
Open it

Flowy isn't signed with an Apple Developer certificate yet, so macOS will block a regular double-click.

Right-click Flowy → Open → Open
You only need to do this once. Every launch after that is normal.
Grant permissions

The setup wizard walks you through three permissions: Microphone, Speech Recognition, and Accessibility. Each takes one click.
